For this reason, we offer our services to use our time and professional expertise to search for a property on your behalf
How this works ?
During a telephone conversation or in person, we clearly define your criteria (location, number of rooms, area, maximum budget ...)
Initially we offer all properties that we have in our agency. If we do not have anything of interest, we will look with owers or other real estate agents
Primarily, we will look at each property to determine whether it may be suitable for you. We will give a detailed description of the property (including good as well as bad points), it's location in relation to shops, restaurants, schools, beach, airport etc …
We give an undertaking that once you have established contact with our company, you will always deal with the person that you had the initial contact with, and that speaks your language.
We will provide you with a selection of properties that we believe may suit your requirements. From these properties, you will be able to select anything of interest for a predetermined day when we can visit your chosen options.
Why are we different to other real estate agencies ?
Most real estate agents will only offer you what they have on their books and that is as far as it goes.
Primarily, we will do the same, but if we do not have something of interest, we will then search for your ideal property.
This enables you to save time and effort, as we undertake all the searching, relieving you of scrolling the internet and telephone calls to countless agencies.
